What product conditions do you offer?
We offer 4 different product conditions. Your desired product may be available as New, New Demo, Premium Certified Preowned, and/or As Is.
- New: A product that is shipped directly from the manufacturer to us/you and has not been altered. New products have their full corresponding manufacturer warranty and may include our limited lifetime warranty. All New products will be in their original sealed packaging (printed or unprinted box, plastic wrap, etc.).
- New Demo: A product that was showcased by a fitness professional in a gym, retail store, fit expo, etc., for demo purposes only. New Demo products may have a 1 year parts / on-site labor warranty and may include our limited lifetime warranty. All New Demo products are securely packaged. New Demo products are the closest you'll get to New.
- Premium Certified Preowned: A product that was returned to us by one of our customers who had it for a maximum of 30 days. Premium Certified Preowned products may have minor scratches/dents and have no warranty due to most manufacturer warranties not being transferable. All Premium Certified Preowned products are securely packaged.
- As Is: A product that is functional but may have major scratches, dents, and/or noises. Typically, As Is products are bought by gyms for parts (we are not a repair/maintenance company). As Is products have no warranty and they are securely packaged.
Can I order an item that isn't on your website?
Definitely!! This is very common, especially since our website is just a glimpse of what we offer!!! We are an authorized dealer for over 70 brands and we have access to over 60,000 items. If we offer the brand that you are looking for, but you don't see a specific product on our website, please call (800) 309-0588 ext. 1 to place your order.
Is there any assembly?
It depends on the item/brand. Due to the straightforward design of most products, approximately 97% of our customers choose to assemble their units themselves when assembly is required. Most units require partial or standard assembly, which is intended for the average person who has no experience assembling fitness equipment.
Can my unit arrive assembled?
For a small fee, most New, New Demo, Premium Certified Preowned, and As Is units can be delivered fully assembled. For this service, your unit will arrive professionally assembled and packaged in a custom crate, ensuring its safe arrival!! Please call (800) 309-0588 ext. 1 to learn more.
Do you offer a military, senior, first responder, AARP, or fitness instructor discount?
Absolutely!! All military, seniors, first responders, AARP members, and fitness instructors receive $50 off their online order. Prior to placing your order, simply email us at sales@fitnessexperts.us to receive your online discount code.
